President’s Day Weekend. The perfect weekend for a day trip. Today we were in SFMOMA appreciating the beautiful modern art paintings. The beauty of modern art is the story behind each wonderful art piece. From outside, these art pieces look so simple, but each of these art pieces have their own special story connected with them and the story makes us appreciate the art even more. In comparison to the Tate Modern in London, the art pieces here were deeper and had more eye catching stories behind them.

A blank canvas? There has to something more. There has to be something more. Where is the rest of the art?

A bathtub? I will never forget this one. This tub was located in the middle of a large empty room. Was it trying to hint something to me?

My favorite color. Red. What was the real reason for this art masterpiece? The artist probably had the reds… instead of the blues…..

The SFMOMA is completely accessible. There isn’t any spot in the museum that is not accessible. There is a parking structure next to the museum on Minna Street. Some of the accessible parking spots may be blocked with orange cones by the Valet company. Do not fear. Your partner can move the cones, so you can legally park in those spots.
